China Glaze DV8

In sunlight without top coat

In sunlight with top coat

In the shadow

GOOD TO KNOW:

Type of polish: Holographic cream polish.

Colour: Dark turquoise with a holographic effect.

Possible dupe: None that I'm aware of.

Opacity: This is two coats so the opacity is very good.

Drying time: Normal.

Formula: Very easy to apply. It just glides on :)

Brush: Typical China Glaze i.e. a bit on the thin side for my likening.

Durability: Good.

Shine: Quite shiny on its own. The holographic effect enhances this of course. If you want to use a top coat for better durability, be aware of that this will diminish the holographic effect. See the pictures above. This happens to all holographic polishes when you add a top coat on them. Sad but true :/

Accurate colour, photo vs IRL: Quite accurate. Maybe a bit more turquoise IRL.

Grade: 4/5
