The print is made with a Konad plate and a black polish.


GOOD TO KNOW:

Colour: Holographic silver.

Opacity: Very good! This is two coats.

Drying time: Normal.

Formula: Excellent! Smooth and easy to apply.

Brush: Good! No complaints.

Durability: Very good! No chipping for days!

Shine: Quite shiny but you don't focus on the shine, you just look at the holo effect which is gorgeous!!! :D
As always with holos, the holo effect diminish if you apply a top coat on top of it. But then again, it lasts longer with a top coat...

Accurate colour, photo vs IRL: Much more holographic IRL!

Ladybug Nail Art with Eyeko Saucy Red Polish

This nail art is so cute!
And this Eyeko polish is a great red polish!

I love the design of the Eyeko bottle!


How to do these cute ladybug nails:

Start with a base of red polish.

Then make the heads with a black polish.

Make the eyeballs with a white polish and a dotting tool.

Make the black dots on the bodies with a dotting tool.

Do the eyes with a black polish and a tiny dotting tool or a toothpick.

Finish of with a top coat.

Done! :)


A SHORT GOOD TO KNOW ABOUT EYEKO SAUCY RED POLISH:

Type of polish: Cream.

Colour: Same as the name - saucy red ;) Same colour as ketchup :)

Opacity: Very good! Two coats is enough :D

Drying time: Normal.

Formula: Excellent! It just glides on!

Brush: Good! I also love that the neck of the bottle is so wide! Much easier to work with! More polishes like that!!!

Accurate colour, photo vs IRL: Quite accurate!

Grade: 4/5 for both Eyeko and the ladybug nail art!

A gorgeous, fantastic, magic and unique polish!!!

 In sunlight - but the picture doesn't do it justice... It's so sparkeling and holographic IRL!!!

 The base colour is light purple

 The camera doesn't know where to focus because of all glitter and glamour of it! :)

 Look at the rainbow effect!!! WOW!!!

 It doesn't matter how many pictures I post... You have to see it IRL to fully appreciate it! :D

GOOD TO KNOW ABOUT JEWEL:

Type of polish: A holografic pin polish in a light purple base.

Colour: Holographic light purple.

Possible dupe: Unique as far as I know. Please comment if you know of any dupe.

Opacity: This is four coats but it is sooooo worth it! If you wear a silver polish under it you can reduce the number of coats.

Drying time: Normal. Remember so smoothe the edges of the nails after every coat while wet. Otherwise the pins might stand out from the nail which is not so nice ;)

Formula: Good! Not thick and not thin.

Brush: As always with Ciaté - excellent!!! :D

Durability: Super excellent! You can't almost get it off instead ;) (check my tips on how to remove glitter polish here)

Shine: Quite shiny but I have one coat of Seche Vite in these pictures for more shine, even better durability and for more smoother nails.

Accurate colour, photo versus IRL: The purple colour is quite accurate but the holographic effect is hard to capture... I took soooo many pictures and none of it do it justice... It's sooo shiny, glittery and holographic IRL!!!

Grade: 5+/5!!!
I love it!!! Try it, you won't regret it, especially of you're a fan of holos ;)

These leopard print 80's style nails are both easy and fun to do! :)

These nails are so easy and fun to do! You must try them! :)

Start with the white base. But skip the top coat at this stage.
I used White from Barry M.
Excellent formula and opacity!!!

Do the print with a plate from Konad or Bundle Monster or other. I used a black polish from Depend.

Use a thin brush or a dotting tool to do the coloured dots in the holes of the leopard print.
I chose yellow, pink and turquoise, all neons, for that pure 80's feeling! ;)

Finish off with a top coat.

Done! :D

Colour: Silver.

Possible dupe: Zoya Trixie, NARS’s Space Odyssey.

Opacity: Excellent! This is two coats but you can get away with one if you're in a hurry :)

Drying time: Faster than normal - much faster actually :D

Formula: Great!!! It just glides on effortlessly!

Brush: Superb! Love the handle of Orly's polishes too.

Durability: Good.

Shine: No glossy shine since it's a foil polish, but it has a sparkle effect and a light mirror effect, depending on the light. You get two polishes in one so to speak ;)

Accurate colour, photo vs IRL: What you see is what you get ;) No difference at all.

Grade: 5/5

This colour also makes your nails feel longer somehow. Me like ;)
