MAC Spirit of Truth with laser nail art

This polish has so amazing qualities! And the laser nail art made with Essie's Blue Rhapsody from their Metal Mirror collection turned out much cooler than I expected! Just look at these pictures!!!

GOOD TO KNOW:

Type of polish: Cream.

Colour: Something between navy blue and dark blue.

Collection: MAC's Wonder Woman Collection Spring 2011.

Opacity: AMAZING!! This is ONE coat and it's completely opaque! Me like!! :D

Drying time: Normal. Maybe a bit faster ;)

Formula: Excellent! It applies like melted chocolate on to your nails and it stays exactly where it should! :D

Brush: Very good! A bit thicker than normal. Very easy to work with!

Durability: Very good! Espacially for a one coater! ;)

Shine: Shiny on it's own but I have one coat of Seche Vite in these pictures.

Accurate colour, photo vs IRL: Quite accurate but maybe a tiny bit brighter IRL, but only tiny ;)

Grade:
4/5 for the polish itself :)
5+++/5 for the laser nail art! I really like how it came out!! :D

The laser nail art is very simple to do:
1) Start by applying a base colour (or colours). This will be the colour of the "laser beams". Let dry COMPLETELY!! This is important!
2) Apply striping tape to the nails in the pattern you desire. Make sure the tape is firmly attached to the nails and that there are no bubbles or such under the tape.
3) Apply the top colour.
4) Remove the striping tapes BEFORE the top colour has dried.
5) Finish off with a top coat. Done! :)
