Vintage Challenge: OPI Dating a Royal - swatches and review

Yes! It's finally time for the Vintage Challenge week! My lovely blog friend Christine from Polished Marvels and I have decided to only show vintage polishes this week and you can join us if you want to! Just add the links to your posts in the link gadget below! For more information regarding this challenge click here.

Today's theme for this Vintage Challenge is "Blue" and I've got a wonderful blue polish to show you from 2008 - this is the stunning Dating a Royal!

This polish is from OPI's Mod about Brights Collection Summer 2008 and it's a bright navy blue cream/crelly.

GOOD TO KNOW:

Type of polish: Cream/crelly.

Color: A bright navy blue.

Number of coats: Three coats.

Formula: A bit thin and a bit weakly pigmented but quite easy to control.

Brush: Very pleasant and wide! No complaints at all.

Top Coat: No. This polish is super shiny on it's own!

Color accuracy in pictures: Accurate. It dries to a slightly darker shade than in the bottle.

Grade: 5/5

I really should use this polish more often. It's so beautiful! This shade of blue is stunning and it's so shiny! I can't believe this polish was released five years ago. It still feels modern and up to date. I love it!

How do you like Dating a Royal?
Do you remember it?
