Essie The Lace is On - swatches and review

This polish is from Essie's Fall collection 2013 "For The Twill of It". It's a foil magenta and it's the odd one out in this otherwise murky collection. To me this is more summer than fall.


GOOD TO KNOW:

Type of polish: Foil.

Number of coats: Two.

Formula: Good. A bit runny but ok. The first coat was very streaky but the second coat covered all that up.

Brush: Good. Thin but ok.

Top Coat: No. 

Color accuracy in pictures: Quite accurate but more pure magenta looking live. Hard to capture.

Grade: 2/5

This was not my cup of tea at all. The color is pretty and vibrant but it made my skin look red.

    Jag tänker på China Glazes gamla höstkollektion Retro Diva när jag ser det här så tycker absolut att den här typen av lack kan vara höstiga. Härlig färg med vackert glöd!
