The main character of this twinsy is a wonderful textured blue Kiko polish called #644 or Sea Blue. It's a denim blue polish with a hint of purple in it and it's packed with blue and silver glitters. It dries to a matt, textured, glittery surface, not rough like the first OPI Liquid Sands, but more smooth textured like Isadora's Sugar Crush or Depend's Rough Sparkle.
GOOD TO KNOW:
Type of polish: Textured.
Number of coats: Two.
Formula: Very good! At first I though it was on the thin side but after I while I discovered I took too little polish on the brush. You have to maximize the amount of polish on the brush for this one. But no worries, it's still easy to control and the formula is impeccable!
Brush: Excellent! A bit wider than the older Kiko's. The cap is also a bit rubbey for this collection which gives you a nice firm grip.
Top Coat: No.
Color accuracy in pictures: Accurate. Perhaps half a shade darker blue live.
Grade: 4++/5
The first coat dried very fast and the second was completely dry in about half on hour. Pretty ok to me. I have no other textured polishes in this particular blue shade so find it beautiful and unique!
